They had a remodel recently and I would say the restaurant is in much better shape than before. This review is totally biased on the snacks that they are offered and all the vegetarian options we ordered so far like onion samosa , chettinad samosa, cut mirchi chat didn't disappoint us They introduced the weekend buffet which I am yet to try but we love the onion samosa here. They are spicy and are very close to what we find in India. Overall great place for chai time snacks , I have tried some of their curries before they are okay , not something I would go back again for. But the snacks here are a must try
Weekend Brunch: Food 3.5, Ambience 2.5 Idly, Vada, Sambar, Chutney: 4/5 Curd rice: 5/5 Aloo, Puri: 0/5 (yuck) Lemon rice: 1/5 (too bland. Need more salt and lemon) Chicken curry: 2/5 (too strong on whole spices) Orange soda: 5/5 Gulab Jamun: 2/5 (hard, seems canned) Ambience - sucks.
I got the soya chunks curry and butter chicken along with roti. It was the most economical and tasty plate of food I've had in a while.
